Hot Sausage Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb hot sausage
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and put in an 8-cup
baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or
until bubbly. Serve with corn and/or
tortilla chips.
